A fun and inspiring four-day musical theatre experience for young performers aged 7–11, combining professional training, performance, creativity and confidence-building activities.
 
The week gives children the opportunity to develop their skills in acting, singing, dance and performance in a supportive environment, while exploring material from Change Is Coming, an educational theatre project bringing professional actors, live performance and engaging workshops to schools and regional theatres.
 
What you'll experience
 
Acting
Develop confidence and performance skills through practical acting sessions, character work and creative exercises.
 
Singing
Build vocal confidence and explore singing as part of a wider musical theatre experience.
 
Dance & Movement
Develop movement, coordination and performance skills through fun and engaging dance and movement sessions.
 
Change Is Coming
Explore Change Is Coming through performance and practical workshops, giving young people the opportunity to engage with important themes while developing confidence, creativity and communication skills.
 
Performance Opportunities
Put new skills into practice through performance-focused activities throughout the week, working alongside other young performers in a professional creative environment.

The Junior Musical Week is designed to give young performers a positive introduction to professional musical theatre training while encouraging creativity, confidence and teamwork.
 
Change Is Coming brings an additional educational and performance element to the week, connecting young performers with relevant themes through theatre, live performance and practical creative work.
