A 5-day performing arts experience
Now in its 6th year, our Senior Summer Academy is an action-packed 5-day course that includes over 35 hours of masterclasses taught by industry professionals. Created for all 11-21 years olds with aspirations of a career in the performing arts, the academy comprises acting, singing and movement classes that can be attended individually if you prefer. In addition, you'll learn how film and TV productions are put together.
Whether you’re an experienced performer, need to be pushed outside of your comfort zone, or are simply nervous about stepping out in front of an audience for the first time, we can help you build your confidence and have you performing with ease.

The In2Drama Senior Summer Academy 2026 offers a focused and supportive programme for young performers looking to develop technique, build confidence, or explore new creative disciplines. We offer flexible attendance options, enabling students to participate in the full academy or book individual masterclasses tailored to their personal goals and interests.
Masterclasses Include:
Acting Masterclass
Run by RSC actor Edward Bennett, the masterclass will explore character development, script analysis, improvisation techniques, and how to build your performance.
Movement And Dance Masterclass
Run by Kelly Ewins (Groundhog Day, Moulin Rouge), this masterclass will help you develop coordination, stage presence, physical expression and storytelling through movement.
Studio Singing Masterclass
Presented by Emma Hatton, this masterclass focuses on vocal technique, breathing, microphone skills, the recording process and studio performance delivery.
Live Singing Masterclass
Presented by Emma Hatton, this masterclass is all about vocal confidence and how to deliver expressive, clear and emotionally connected live performances.
Production Training
During the week, you'll discover what goes on behind the scenes including the key elements of filming, audio, lighting and directing.
Showreels (Optional Add-On)
We provide the option to purchase a professionally filmed showreel to support auditions and future performing arts applications. If you would prefer to attend individual classes rather than the whole academy, please contact us.

I participated in the summer academy. I was nervous at the start, as I didn’t know anyone and was uncertain whether I would fit in, yet by the end of the week, I was wanting more. In2drama is a perfect academy to join if you’re an inspiring actor/ actress who wants to develop their skills and get more experience. It is also great for those who are interested in working behind the scenes, offering an inclusive workshop with cameras, lighting, and sound effects. The staff were so friendly and made me feel comfortable, and left me feeling more confident in my drama abilities. I also felt so lucky being given acting/singing advice from a professional actor and West End star that I will use in the future.
